JTP Trade Returns

Our standard return terms are as follows:

  • All requests to return goods must be submitted to the Returns Team and must include product details, purchase order number, and the reason for return.
  • Damaged Items: Damaged items must be reported within 7 working days of the delivery date. We strongly recommend notifying us as soon as possible to ensure a prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Refusing Damaged Deliveries: If the outer packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the item. This allows the courier to return it directly to our headquarters, and a full credit will be issued accordingly.
  • Requests to return unwanted items must be received within 3 months of the purchase date. All goods must be unused, in pristine condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • If JTP arranges the collection of returned goods, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied. If the 25% restocking fee is less than £25, a minimum charge of £25 will apply.
  • Where goods are returned by the customer using their own courier, a reduced 10% re-stocking fee will apply. Customers are advised to use a tracked service, as JTP cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • Where possible, JTP sales representatives may collect goods during scheduled visits; in such instances, a reduced 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
  • Special order and Bill of Materials (BOM) items may be accepted for return at JTP’s discretion, subject to inspection and approval.
  • Collections can be arranged from the original delivery address or from an alternative site or customer location.
  • Once returned goods have been received and inspected, JTP will process, raise, and allocate the applicable credit within 3 working days.

JTP reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above conditions.
